Snow Bowling Under an Aurora

i was actually inspired to paint part of a background! and i like it :0 whaaat

honestly, it's so rare that i can spend this many hours on a picture and say that i really enjoyed drawing it! i'm really in a great mood right now <3 anyways, for this piece i featured Lilliepup's hanki (again) as well as a couple of mons from Kanarinchu! also, three evos happened in this piece, and in case the lighting and drama of this pic makes it hard to look over the designs, i have refs here: sidney, ifrit, snowball; sidney and ifrit were design approved in november, but i didn't save the link.

so my dweebs were able to play snow bowling at last, and under the vulpix twins' beautiful aurora, no less! a few evolutions happened, and well, i suppose things got a bit competitive and ifrit got a lil out of control with his newly obtained strength... :'3
disclaimer: boogie is not actually dead, i just added the pikmin-esque ghost for effect, haha!

all that aside though, can we really just have a round of applause for what a wonderful job Lilliepup did with this event? it's been interesting the whole way through and all of the extra challenges have been so fun and rewarding! i feel like i might have even improved a bit as an artist over the course of the month ;w;
