cecil learns vulpix moves part 1

i really want to evolve cecil but i also wanted to make sure he gets some vulpix moves before i do, so i drew a pile of wonky vulpixes and jfc those levels

Cecil gains 36 levels and learns Will-O-Wisp, Inferno, and Feint Attack!
